Plan Your Trip

We comprehend that seeking medical care outside your home country can be a physically and emotionally exhausting incident, and we know that it can be a stressful test. The International Patient Department at Global Regenex strives to ensure that you not only feel at home during your stay but also that you return to your homeland in good Condition.

Process

To help patients plan and prepare for their visit to the hospital, Global Regenex developed the International Patient Department. At Global Regenex, we work hard to make sure you feel as comfortable and at ease as possible throughout your treatment with us in addition to offering top-notch medical care and treatments.

To help you plan your visit to Global Regenex, the information provided below can be used. If you would rather have a representative assist you directly with your preparations, please contact the International Representative using the form on the right.

Choosing Your Doctor

After deciding on a course of action, consult an online physician or an International Representative and submit your questions, along with any relevant medical records and background. Comprising a sizable number of medical specialists with worldwide qualifications, Global Regenex guarantees that each patient gets the greatest care and attention available. We provide a Find a Doctor feature to our patients since our medical fraternity has many doctors and represents over 55 medical disciplines. You may easily find and peruse each medical practitioner’s profile in this area. To schedule an online consultation with a doctor, just complete the Get Consultation form located beneath the doctor’s profile.

Liability

We at Global Regenex collaborate with several foreign insurance companies. To find out more, speak with the International Representative or obtain a list at the International Patient Desk/Admissions Counter. As a side note, international insurance coverage that is not stated cannot be processed or accepted by us.

Only inpatient operations (twenty-eight hours in the hospital) are covered by insurance for the businesses on our list, and insurance provider clearance is necessary. When entering the inpatient billing department, a deposit is needed. Once payment for the treatment is approved by your insurance provider, the deposit will be returned. If insurance is not obtained within 48 hours of being admitted, you will be responsible for paying the hospital cost and filing a claim for reimbursement with your insurance company thereafter.
